3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

5. Fees and Charges

The following fee structure applies to our services:

Fees are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Current fee schedules are available in your online banking portal.

6. Transaction Processing

6.1 Processing Times

Transactions are processed according to the following schedule:

• Internal Transfers: Immediate to 1 business day
• Bill Payments: 2-5 business days
• External Transfers: 3-5 business days
• Mobile Deposits: 1-2 business days
• Wire Transfers: Same day if submitted before 3 PM ET

6.2 Transaction Limits

Daily transaction limits apply:

• Mobile Deposit: $5,000 per day
• Online Transfers: $10,000 per day
• Bill Payments: $25,000 per day
• ATM Withdrawals: $500 per day

6.3 Transaction Errors

You must notify us of any errors or unauthorized transactions within 60 days of the statement date. Failure to do so may limit your ability to recover funds.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain sufficient funds for transactions
• Review account statements regularly
• Report errors or suspicious activity promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use services for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Not transmit viruses or malicious code
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of services

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
• Unauthorized account access
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Transmission of spam or unsolicited communications
• Circumvention of security measures
• Use of automated systems or bots
• Resale or transfer of accounts

9. Intellectual Property

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.
